Unlocking

Want to use your phone on a different network? Use your UK phone in Ireland? It will probably need unlocked.

Does your phone say 'SIM not accepted' / 'Enter special code' or similar when you put a SIM card in? This means it's locked to one service provider.

Charges:-

For customers in Ireland the charge is €15. For customers in the UK the charge is £12. 

For customers in the rest of Europe the charge is €20.

If you wish to send more than 3 phones ask for a special price.

These prices include return insured delivery to you. Phones are normally returned the same day they are received. When sending your phone I recommend you send it insured (registered / special delivery) and well packaged. 

No SIM card is needed, only the phone with it's battery (fully charged), payment and your name and address. A phone number or email address is also useful.
