Kevin Dundon, a leading chef and restaurateur in Ireland, is at the forefront of an exciting Irish culinary revolution, taking old style ingredients and using them to create modern recipes inspired by traditional Irish themes. As proprietor of the award-winning Dunbrody Country House and Hotel in County Wexford (now one of Ireland's premier hotels and restaurants), he has won a host of culinary awards.

Internationally trained, Kevin has cooked for a prestigious clientele including Queen Elizabeth II, the President of Ireland, U2, Graham Norton, Julia Roberts and Brad Pitt. The Cookery School at Dunbrody Country House Hotel, is now recognised for its exemplary workshops in "contemporary country cuisine".

Kevin writes regularly for national publications including The Sunday Times, BBC Good Food, and Olive. He appears frequently on radio and television including The Afternoon Show, and Ireland's premier lifestyle show The Restaurant; he has a forthcoming series on UKTV Food.
