County Title Name Details
Commissioner Francis Minogue Fran is the first County Commissioner of the our County. He was previously Regional Commissioner in the CSI Cois Deirge Region. He is also the Scout Section Leader and Group Leader in the 6th Tipperary Roscrea.
Programme
Co-ordinator		 Anne Minnock Anne is our CPC since 2005 when she took over the role from Donie Molloy. Anne is the Cub Section Leader in the 6th Offaly Banagher Scouts. Anne is supported in her role by her team of Assistant CPC’s:
  • Assistant CPC (Beavers): Vacant
  • Assistant CPC (Cubs): Ann Fennell (Durrow) & Austin Demspey (Tullamore)
  • Assistant CPC (Scouts): Mark Wallace (Ballykilmurray)
  • Assistant CPC (Ventures): Padraig Minnock (Banagher)
Training Co-ordinator Regina Wallace Regina is our CPC since 2004 and also a member of the South Eastern Province Training Team. She is a Cub Leader in the 7th Offaly Ballykilmurray. Regina is supported in her Training role by the following Trainers within the County.
Chairperson John Wallace Johnny is the County Chair since the formation of the County. John previously was the Regional Commissioner in the CSI South Midlands Region. He is also the Cub Section Leader in the 7th Offaly Ballykilmurray Scouts.
Secretary Marie Martin Marie is the County Secretary since 2004. Marie is also a member of the South East’s Training Team and the new Scout Section Leader in the 1st/10th Tullamore Scouts. Marie previously held regional positions in the CSI South Midlands Region
Treasurer Angela Drennan Angela is the County Treasurer since 2004 and up until last year was the Group Leader in the 3rd Laois Durrow Scouts. Angela continues to have an important supporting role in the Durrow Scouts.
Administrator Brigid Flaherty Brigid is our County Administrator, the person that makes the County tick. Brigid is employed by FAS (under the sponsorship of Tullamore Social Services) and from her office in the Tullamore Scout Den provides support to the County Team & Group Leader in the County. Brigid is also a volunteer scouter in the 1st/10th Tullamore Cub Section.
