My sincere apologies to those who clicked this button expecting to be able to access their mail programs.

There are programs out there which scan pages on the web and hoover up any e-mail address they find, recognizing them by the string template myname@server.com. Of course the resulting harvest of addresses is then sold on to spam mailers. I hope to escape by not letting my address appear in text on this site.
