2. Máire McCallian to make a presentation on "Programmes to support Physical Activity and Healthy Eating in the North West Health Service Executive" at our Spring Meeting

3. Dr. Catherine Stanton to make a presentation on "Development of Value-added Dairy Products"

1. Helen McIntyre to make a presentation on a "Review of the marking of the Leaving Certificate Home Economics Examination, ordinary and Higher level 2004". Helen is a former Home Economics Inspector and is currently working with the State Examinations Commission.

2. Agnes Boucher Hayes will present Resource Material, which will be useful for teaching Junior Certificate and Leaving Certificate Home Economics. Agnes works with B.I.M.

3. Elaine Mooney will make a presentation on "Teenager's Attitudes to Diet". Elaine lectures in Food Science in St. Angela's College, Sligo.

4. Mr. Maurice Nelligan will make a presentation on a "Eating for a Healthy Heart". Mr. Maurice Nelligan is an eminent Heart Surgeon who has worked for many years with the Mater Hospitals and the Blackrock Clinic.

5. Mary Corr will present a research paper on "Changes in Family Legislation over the past ten years". Mary is a Home Economist in Business.

6. Research students from St. Angela's College, Sligo and St. Catherine's College Sion Hill will present research papers.
