Elizabeth Renihan
began her career at 16 in the West-End production of Starlight Express. From there she performed in another West-End production, Les Misérables. Further West-End appearances include Joseph and His Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat and Children of Eden. To pay her way through drama school she took the role of Grizabella in the Hamburg production of Cats. She trained in the L.A.M.D.A and went on to join the Royal Shakespeare Company , appearing in The Beggar's Opera, A Jovial Crew and Antony and Cleopatra. She has been with the Royal National Theatre ensemble for the last few years, appearing in productions such as, Oh What a Lovely War!, Candide, Money, Summerfolk and The Villains' Opera. Recently she has appeared regularly as Jo in the BBC1 sit-com Kiss Me Kate. Elizabeth has just released her first CD with her sister Grania entitled Sisters.
