Kerry
is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, (British Psychological
Society) with a Masters degree in Occupational Psychology
from Manchester School of Management (UMIST). Kerry has
conducted a wide range of consultancy assignments spanning
organisational, team and individual work. In parallel with
her work, Kerry co-presents a module on Coaching Theory
and Skills to MBA students at the Michael Smurfit Business
School, Dublin. She is on both the AIB coaching and feedback
panel.

recent projects include:
Design
of competency model and development of the subsequent selection
strategy for a multinational Pharmaceutical green field
site (in conjunction with Dr Mike Smith of UMIST)
Stress
audit of a multinational manufacturing site
Performance
management skills training workshops for managers
One-to-one
coaching with a HR director
Kerry
works with clients from the public and the private sector,
both in Ireland, UK and overseas. She has designed and implemented
in-house training programmes for a variety of clients in
the area of performance management, time management, feedback
skills, assessment centre assessor skills, interviewing
skills and work life balance
Kerry
is highly versatile and sensitive to client needs. Her natural
style is insightful, empathic and highly perceptive. She
combines this with a strongly diagnostic approach with an
ability to get to the heart of the matter. Drawing on her
background in industry, she offers practical, business focused
solutions.
Kerry is from Manchester and has been based in Ireland for
12 years. In her spare time Kerry walks, practices yoga
and raises her two active little sons.
Prior
to setting up an Occupational Psychology consultancy Kerry
worked in market research and project managed several overseas
projects for Guinness Brewing Worldwide, British American
Tobacco and Colgate Palmolive.
