The stamp was issued to support Irish cinema and to advertise "The Field" worldwide. RichardHarris is an Irish actor from Limerick.The film was made in Ireland.I did not see the film but maybe I will get it out on video some day. It is not really a childrens film.I enjoy collecting stamps. We learn a lot from different countries using stamps.
