Front Patio

The front garden patio area is a raised area in ceramic tiles size approx 15-0 x 11-0 ft, outside the front door of the apartment. It has a  northerly aspect facing away from the sun, giving a choice of sitting in the shade.               

Note the wall lights on each side at high level and the branches of the palm tree. The remainder of the front garden from the patio to the gate also has decorative ceramic tiles.

Back Patio                                          View of the back patio size 15-0 x 12-0ft. This is a paved area, recessed from the main community area and south facing with sunshine most of the day.

Wall lights for the back patio are controlled by a dimmer switch. . There is seperate furniture for the front and back patio areas.

There is a good view of the pool from the back patio, with the pool only 20M away

Outside  The sign shown is the bus stop and terminal. The bus leaves for Torrevieja town centre every hour, and the journey takes approx 15 minutes, and runs until late at night

The apartment is located in this block.      The shops are up the road 3  minutes walk. Restaurants include Spanish (with music and spanish dancing), Chinese, Indian, Irish, English, etc.  Also various pubs, shops, banks, car rentals, and supermarket.

The sea can be seen from the front garden gate, and is 5 minutes walk down the road
