Ground floor apartment in small complex (3 storey) on the outskirts of the holiday resort of Torrevieja, 10 minutes walk from beach.

There are two blocks of apartments with a large paved community central area, containing the pool shown here, with security gates at both ends to keep the facilities private for the residents use only

Torrevieja Resort: Torrevieja is a holiday resort with two seperate beaches within the town. It has a fine harbour, and is a good sailing area . It is Not a “Benidorm” type holiday resort for the typical early twenty year olds. It is a more a resort for family type holidays.

Bus Service: The bus terminal is within 20 metres of the front gate, with a bus into Torrevieja town every hour, until late in the night, a journey of approximately 15 minutes

Beach: The nearest sandy beach is 10 minutes walk, with other white sandy beaches within 10 minutes drive - Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Carbo Roig, Torrevieja beaches and others

Golf: There are 3 golf courses within 3 miles of the apartment - Villa Martin, Las Rambles and Campomar. The famous golf course of La Manga is ony 25 miles away.

Restaurants+ Shops: There are a number of different types of restaurants (inc Spanish music), together with supermarket, shops, pubs, estate agents, car hire, banks, all within 5 minutes walk
