POLICY
Terms and Conditions:

Early booking discount applies only when full payment for a guitar course has been received on or before 30th April 2005.

Registration only becomes valid upon receipt of a deposit of EUR 100. Participation will be confirmed approximately 10 days after registration deadline (1st June, 2005). The remainder will be made known with this confirmation. Cancellation should be made in writing. If registration is cancelled after the registration deadline (1st June, 2005) the Guitar Festival of Ireland have to withhold the deposit. If registration is cancelled less than 10 days before the start of the course it will not be possible to reimburse for accommodation or meals. The course fee will be forfeited unless the place can be filled by another participant from a possible waiting list. Non-attendance or belated cancellation will mean that the participant is liable for all the costs (course fee, accommodation and meals). The organisers are not liable for any of the participants' instruments or valuables.

Accommodation: The GFI residential applicants are treated to the finest modern clean two bedroom apartments with cooking facilities. All accommodation is situated on the grounds of Trinity College Dublin. A course participant may sit in on different classes at will and we will try to accommodate the wishes of all the participants in this respect. However this is not always possible and last-minute changes sometimes have to be made. In the event of our accommodation being fully booked the course participant will have to make their own accommodation arrangements. The difference between the Residential and Non-Residential fee will be reimbursed to the applicant.

All masterclasses are open to the public to attend. To perform in any masterclass you have to be on the classical guitar course. The workshops however are open to the public to attend and to play in. Each workshop has a separate fee. You do not have to be signed up to the full contemporary guitar course to participate in separate workshops, although a discount is applicable if attending more than two workshops.

The Guitar Festival of Ireland reserves the right to change event listings without prior notice. The listings are correct at time of print. Please contact the venue before arrival. Please note that all under 18s are not permitted by law in the late night venues e.g. The Hub. The only exception to this is Vicar Street on Friday 1st July.
