Bridge over River Deele.
Mostly dull with showers. |
Continuing my theme from Nov 22, the fruits of Ivy continue to change size and colour. Only the fully mature ones remain to be photographed.
|
Two specimens of Grimmia pulvinata, with the right-hand one showing new capsules emerging. The two sporing growths to the rear and right belong to a hidden specimen of Tortula muralis.
|
Tortula muralis continues to be the most common moss on wall tops. |
The identification for this one is proving troublesome, yet it's one of the most common mosses, appearing on walls and tree branches. Specimen about 15 mm. across. |
