Cuckoo Flower, or Lady's Smock - Cardamine pratensis - is the sole local foodplant for the Orange Tip butterfly, so they should be appearing soon.

Not much of a picture, but it's the first Peacock I've seen in Drumboe. |
Wild Cherry - Prunus avium - is always a welcome sight. The delicate flowers don't last long.
