Original Hedgerow, leg 2.

1 x Small Tortoiseshell.

Warm and sunny.

 

A tiny (3mm) Weevil on Bramble.

The micromoth Grapholita jungiella is out in large numbers, their white rear wings clearly visible as they flit from perch to perch. About 6mm long.

Germander Speedwell has opened on the sunnier parts of the hedgerow embankment.
