Bombus bohemicus (again), with the hoverfly Helophilus pendulus.
The close-up shows that the Helophilus wing has the 'Eristalis kink' towards the tip. Helophilus are part of the Eristalis super-family. |
Bush Vetch - Vicia sepium - has opened on verges and hedgerow bottoms. |
As predicted, the Fairy Bonnets have turned grey as they matured.
