Original Hedgerow, leg 2.

2 x Green-veined White.

Bright and warm.

Bombus bohemicus (again), with the hoverfly Helophilus pendulus.

    

The close-up shows that the Helophilus wing has the 'Eristalis kink' towards the tip. Helophilus are part of the Eristalis super-family.

 

Bush Vetch - Vicia sepium - has opened on verges and hedgerow bottoms.

As predicted, the Fairy Bonnets have turned grey as they matured.

Flower buds of the Hawthorn are just appearing.
