I must try to confirm an id for this very tall (1.5m.), elegant grass that forms a single tussock beside the road. |
Now I know we're getting too far through the year. Hawthorn fruit. |

And just to finish, a couple of shots of the Puss Moth larva in the process of shedding its skin. In this instar you can just catch a first glimpse of the red 'face' behind the eyes.
It has more wrinkles and bumps and bits and pieces than I can justify. |
