More specimens from my garden - I had to make very quick use of the gaps in the rain/hail/sleet..

More very young lichens - this time from a north-facing windowsill. The image contains a tiny piece of Xanthoria parietina, Protoblastenia rupestris, Lecanora albescens and another Lecanora, perhaps Lecanora dispersa agg. Specimens 5 mm. diameter. |
The books say end of January for the first Colt's-foot flowers. So yet another sign of an early spring. (The leaves at the rear of the image don't belong to the flower shown)
