Well done to our Rackard League
Girls team in winning the County Final on Thursday Nov. 7th,
2007, in Wexford Park against
Blackwater. The winning team is pictured with
coaches Mrs.Kavanagh and Ms.Walshe.

Under
10 football team with coaches Mr.John Stafford and Mr
Cadogan pose with Darren O'Reilly the captain of
Horeswood Senior Football Team who won the County Final
on Sunday October 16th 2005. The team provided a guard
of honour in Wexford Park for the big game. They also
took part in an exhibition game called "Go
Games" and beat Adamstown!

Both boys and girls take
part in many Football Competitions especially the
Rackard League and the I.N.T.O. Mini-Sevens.We won the
first district title in 1958.The Rackard League is in
honour of the great Wexford hurler,Nicky Rackard
(1922-1976).

Taghmon in the district final but were beaten in the
County Semi-Final by Oulart.
