The European Handball Federation (EHF) are sending a top European handball coach to Ireland in early November. He will be running a weekend coaching seminar geared specifically for Teachers/Coaches working with children of ages 10 to 14 years.
The seminar will take place on Saturday/Sunday, November 7th to 8th 1998 in Tymon Bawn Community Centre, Firhouse Road West, Dublin 24. The seminar will run from 10.00 am to 6.00 pm on the Saturday, and from 10.00 to 5.00 pm on the Sunday. It will be a mixture of both classroom and practical sessions. Overnight accomodation (at a reduced rate) can be arranged through the IOHA if required.
The IOHA would like as may teachers as possible to be able to attend. The seminar is being heavily subsidised by both the EHF and the IOHA in order to keep the cost to participants at an reasonable level. All materials as well as lunch on both days, plus tea/coffee are included in the attendance fee.
