Each player jogs
up / down hall with a ball :

Exercise 2
A facing B -
both jog length of hall and return passing a ball to each other :
Variation : Each player with a ball. Both players pass simultaneously - improves hand/eye co-ordination and reflexes. |
Exercise 3
A and B facing
same direction - jog length of hall exchanging passes
Start slowly and gradually increase speed |
Exercise 4
Split players
into two teams. Team A must keep ball from team B. Restrict the playing area e.g. within
the 9m line. A player receiving the ball may hold the ball for 3 seconds before passing it, and may take one step with the ball. Overhead or lob passes are not allowed. Variations include :
