Warm Up Exercise
Keeper on 4m,
players shoot from 7m line :
Shots must always be within the goalkeepers reach. Start shots at 70% power and increase to 100%. Always maintain a high tempo / rate of shots. |
Training Exercises
Variation 1 : Keeper stays on goal line, players shoot (in turn) from 7m line. Keeper adopts squatting position and the players shoot at 100% to alternate bottom corners of the goal. Keeper must save shots with his feet while remaining in the squatting position. Variation 2 : Keeper stays on goal line, players shoot from 7m line. Keeper adopts a squatting position and the players shoot at 100% to alternate top corners of the goal. Keeper springs up to save shots with his hands and then returns to squatting position for the next shot. Always maintain a high tempo / rate of shots |
