Exercise 1
Players A and B
are attackers, with a ball. Player C is a defender. On the coachs whistle Players A and B sprint down the court passing a ball between them. Player C chases and tries to stop them scoring. Variations :

Exercise 2
Players A, B
and C position themselves on the 6m line and practice defensive moves - out and back to 9m
line. Coach throws the ball to the goalkeeper :
Variation : After Player A passes the ball he sprints up the court to take a return pass from Player B or C and scores. Repeat the drill with next three players. |

Players A, B
and C position themselves on the 6m line and practice defensive moves - out and back to 9m
line. Coach throws the ball to the goalkeeper :
Repeat the drill with next three players. Alternate between right and left hand sides of court. |
