CAVE DE TURCKHEIM |
Created in 1995, Cave de Turckheim is one of the largest producers in Alsace. It draws its grapes from all over the Alsace region allowing it to produce a wide range of well-priced wines whose quality is proven by their popularity. The Pinot Blanc is light, fruity and crisp, perfect as an aperitif and with pasta, and salads. The Gewurztraminer is a wonderfully aromatic, full bodied and opulent wine that makes an excellent match for spicy and smoked foods and is perfect with strongly flavoured cheeses. |

ZIND-HUMBRECHT |
Leonard Humbrecht's insistence on the importance of terroir and reduced yields paved the way for a renaissance in the wines of Alsace and his son, Oliver, whom Robert Parker recently referred to as "possibly the world's greatest winemaker" continues his work. These wines exhibit stunning purity and superb concentration and have the ability to age for anything from 3-15 years. We believe few other whites can boast such incredible concentration or worldly opulence. |
