INTERESTED IN EXPLORING YOUR FAITH - WITH AND FOR OTHERS ?
This course sets out to introduce people to a practical exploration of
Adult Faith Development. This is a "hands-on" approach, looking
at the what? the who? the how? and the why?
It will involve developing skills of
- reflecting in groups
- listening
- developing appropriate questions
- integrating prayer and ritual;
- relating our own stories to our Christian Tradition (Scripture, music,
ritual, doctrine)
- appreciation of one another's cultures
Gemma McKenna Ciaran Earley
Partners in Faith is an agency for personal and social development
through education of adults from a faith perspective. Committed to the
Catholic Tradition, the agency emphasizes the social justice dimension
of faith and works through courses and action-research projects in local
communities. It gives priority to people in areas where economic resources
are limited.
It works on the basis that small faith community the best setting for
people to correlate
critical reflection on life experience and culture;
dialogue with the Tradition
and prayer and action for change.
