Feminist Theologies

The Feminist movement of the last decades has produced a way of understanding our common christian heritage. The critique offered by Feminist theologians has opened up new perspectives and questions. This course intends to introduce participants to the major feminist theologians, their writings and the contributions they have made to the major fields of theology and christian thinking.

Bernadette Flanagan, Presentation Sister, is a highly respected theologian, engaged full-time in the ministry of teaching. Also known as a practised Facilitator, she gives much of her energy to work in the field of Spirituality. She is currently engaged in theological research with inner city groups
