THE SEASON 1994/95
HISTORY
1994/1995
Again we had to play our ome matches in Ellis's field. Many thanks to
Billy Ellis for is generosity.
Work was coming to a close at Leeside Park, we waited in anticipation....
On the field we fielded 4 teams ,Junior teams in the first and third
division ,Youths team in the second division,and an Under 16 team in the
first division.
The Junior First division team were in contention up to the last few
matches ,but a few bad results and they feel away.
The Junior Third division team finished 4th and gained promotion to the
second division.
The youths team won the League after defeating Blarney in a playoff along
with the second division Youths Cup.
A great achievment by Denis Cambridge and his team.
Our Schoolboys did really well without actually winning anything.
