Sample Tutorial One: Virtual Reality Mark-up Language (VRML)

The ability to visualise and mentally manipulate three-dimensional mental images is considered to be an important skill in the design & technology process. Teachers may consider the use of Virtual Reality Mark-up Language as a means to produce web-based three-dimensional graphical models. These can be used to convey knowledge about an artefact or as an aid to visual thinking. Teachers may also base learning exercises around such models.
