Forehand Service
This service is taken from the backhand court. The action of the bat hand can move to produce spin from either side as well as top spin and back spin. Use the bat arm elbow to move the lower forearm in a pendulum action across the ball. The free arm can act as a shield to disguise the point of impact of the ball to bat. Immediately return body to ready position for recovery.
