Masterchefs are involved in a number of subsidiaries aside from the Core business, and is the fastest expanding area of our business.

The Central Hotel

Masterchefs operate the Food and Beverage operation at The Central Hotel.

Situated in the heart of Dublin City, The Central Hotel boasts 70 Luxuriously appointed bedrooms, 8 dedicated conference rooms catering for up to 150 delegates and an award winning Library Bar. Masterchefs provide a 4 Star standard of Food and Beverage for all guests within the Hotel, from a Full Irish Breakfast to a Banquet for 150. We pride ourselves on our ability to provide all our guests with their exact requirments at any time, specialising in Conference and meeting rooms.



The National Museum of Ireland - Collins Barracks


Masterchefs currently operate a unique 80 seater Coffee Shop on a six day a week operation, catering for up to 800 visitors and 50 staff a day. We provide a quality and varied selection of Food and Drinks on a Buffet style operation. During the last 6 months, and due to the quality of Food and service we have now built up a steady and consistent local trade from the surrounding local businesses. We also service the various function and meeting rooms within the Museum from Tea and Coffee Breaks to Banquets for 500 people. In conjunction with the Museum, we are currently refurbishing the old Officers Mess into a 150 seater fine Dining Restaurant, which is due for completion mid 2000.



The Mansion House

We are currently developing a 180 seater fine Dining Restaurant at The Mansion House which is due to open in Spring 2000. The Round Room of the Mansion House will be re-established as a Function, Conference, Meeting and Exhibition Venue. Both Catering operations will be run by Masterchefs.


The Altantic Coast Hotel

In Westport Masterchefs have opened this June a 4 Star 85 Bedroom Hotel on the harbour, purpose built with superb features including a Rooftop Restaurant and function rooms and a leisure centre which includes Seaweed Treatment baths. Converted from an old stone mill it has majestic view of Clew Bay and Croagh Patrick.
