Scouter Changing Section or Role | |
Are you a Scouter who has done some Woodbadge Training but is changing Section or Role?
The first thing to remember is that part of your Training does not have to be repeated. If you have completed the "Welcome to Scouting" Induction Training and "You, the leader" you do not do them again.
If you did training for your new Section some time in the past then you do not repeat that. You might have done a Scouting in Action (New Section) some years ago. (It might have been called under the old titles of Basic Course or Preliminary Training Course)
Equally you might have attended the old Advanced Course (New Section) and this means that you do not have to repeat either of the new Modules "Programme Skills" or "You, the leader".
But assuming that you have not done any training for the new Section you will need to undertake Woodbadge Training as follows:
