KILKENNY COUNTY COUNCIL Kilkenny County Council wish to create a panel for the post of: EXECUTIVE PLANNER
Candidates
shall: (a)
(i)
hold a recognised qualification in town planning recognised by
the Local Appointments Commissioners (ii)
after attaining the qualification referred to at (a) (i) above,
have at least three years satisfactory experience of town planning AND
(ii)
possess a high standard of technical training and experience OR
(b)
(i)
hold a recognised degree or equivalent professional qualification
in Architecture or Engineering or in which Economics, Geography or
Sociology was taken as a major subject or be eligible by examination for
corporate membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or
hold the Diploma in Environmental Economics (with Town Planning as a
subject in the final year), AND (ii)
after attaining the degree or
qualification referred to at (b) (i) above, have at least five years
satisfactory experience of town planning, AND (iii)
have a satisfactory knowledge of the law relating to town
planning and of accepted principles and practice in this field. (c)
possess a high standard of technical training and experience. Salary
Scale:
€36,445.29
