Tramore C.S.I.:

Tramore is a seaside town in Co. Waterford, Ireland. The Scout troop in Tramore has been around for over 60 years and is the 2nd oldest in Co. Waterford. Our Neckerchief is Blue and Yellow.

09/07/01 BACK FROM KERRY : a great time was had by all as Tramore linked with Thomastown for a long weekend of hiking, swimming and mountaineering. LOG

27/04/01: Official: Tramore Scouts Finish 7th in Ted Ryan Competition. Full Results up soon.

Just back from the Ted Ryan Competition.
It was won by St. Pauls and we will find out where we came in a few days when the results are posted out. A full log etc. should be up on this site soon.

The Investiture took place as planned on Sunday 27th February 2000, with the Beavers, Cubs & Scouts getting invested by saying their promises on the altar. The Scouts recited the Scout Laws and many received new badges, including their Tracker Badge.

New Scouts Nicholas & Matt were invested into The Lion Patrol & The Stag Patrol respectively. Also leaders Tom & Paul were invested as Scout Leaders.
Afterwards, we returned to the Scout Hall for refreshments. Photos of the event will be in the
Gallery soon.

27 / 02 / 00: Investiture. New members are becoming full members of Scouts, Cubs and Beavers. Those who joined at Faithlegg are now ready to obey the Scout Laws and live by the Scout Promise. The ceremony is taking place at Tramore Church and all will be in full uniform.
