See Camps and Photos 09/07/01 BACK FROM KERRY : a great time was had by all as Tramore linked with Thomastown for a long weekend of hiking, swimming and mountaineering. The Investiture took place as planned on Sunday 27th February 2000, with the Beavers, Cubs & Scouts getting invested by saying their promises on the altar. The Scouts recited the Scout Laws and many received new badges, including their Tracker Badge. New
Scouts Nicholas & Matt were invested into The Lion
Patrol & The Stag Patrol respectively. Also leaders
Tom & Paul were invested as Scout Leaders. 27 / 02 / 00: Investiture. New members are becoming full members of Scouts, Cubs and Beavers. Those who joined at Faithlegg are now ready to obey the Scout Laws and live by the Scout Promise. The ceremony is taking place at Tramore Church and all will be in full uniform. |
