Biodynamic Massage and PsychotherapyBiodynamic Massage encourages the free
and harmonious flow of Bio-Energy (life force )
throughout the body restoring a balanced and unblock
energy charge. Biodynamic Psychology, developed by the Norwegian psychologist Gerda Boyesen, is a biological theory of psychology wich is concerned with the organic link between the body and the psyche. It postulates that psychological principles are not only theories and concepts but can be an actual energetic force and organic or neurological reality. Professional psychotherapy along with massage therapy training is given to equip the therapist with the skills necessary to assist the client in their growth and development.

Bioenergetics and Bioenergetic AnalysisBioenergetics is a way of understanding personality in
terms of the body and its energetic processes. It links
physical pain, muscle tension, and postural disorders
with state of mind, demonstrating that suppressed
emotions, unhappiness, and anger can block energy-flow
and cause physical distress.

Biomechanical TherapyBiomechanical therapy is a very gentle and relaxing type of bodywork used to integrate and realign the body's structural framework. This system of bodywork relies on the use of light finger pressure on specific areas of the back. It relieves strain in the muscles and ligaments and reduces inflammation in affected tissues. Biomechanical Therapy is used to treat both acute and chronic conditions. As well, because of its unique approach and effects on the body, it is a means of disease prevention. Biomechanical therapy was created in the late 1920s by Dr. John Hurley.

Bowen TechniqueBowen Therapy is a subtle muscle/nerve/connective tissue technique developed in Australia by Tom Bowen . The work is gentle, non-invasive and performed through the clothing. It consists of a specific sequence of gentle, rolling "moves" done across superficial muscles, tendons and nerves.. The results are profound and lasting, and usually apparent within two or three sessions. Bowen Therapy is a completely new concept in bodywork. It is neither derived from nor similar to any other physical modality. Unlike massage or other manipulations that try to force a change, Bowen simply resets your body to heal itself. Although extremely gentle, these stimulations are so powerful that it's necessary to let the patient rest and "cook" a few minutes between segments in order that they completely integrate the neurological changes. The entire process is so soothing that most patients will fall asleep at least once during the session.

Breema Bodywork™ and Self-Breema™Breema is an ancient system which reached the Western world two decades ago. Its discovery has profoundly transformed the lives and health of the rapidly widening circle of people who have studied and received it. Breema is based on a revolutionary understanding of the Universal principles which govern life and health, and is the simplest, most natural form of touch and body movement. There are two branches of Breema. One is the bodywork the other is the Self-Breema exercises. The aim of both is to enhance the flow of life energy and bring one to the present. Breema treatments are practiced on a padded floor, with the recipient comfortably dressed. The method uses comfortably supported movements including firm yet gentle stretches, precise and gradual leans into the muscles, nurturing brushes and holding postures and a wide variety of playfully rhythmic movements.
