To use a tab setting in a table, press [Ctrl] + [Tab] - if you press
[Tab] you'll simply move one cell 10 the right. |
Press [Tab] In the last cell in a table to add a new row. |
To centre a table in Word 2002, select it and press the Center button
on the Formatting toolbar. |
Use the Draw Table tool on the Tables and Borders toolbar to draw
angled lines in tables. |
Add a coloured background to a table cell by using the Shading Color
tool on the Tables and Borders toolbar. |
Select the top row of a table and set it as a heading at the top
of =ach new page by choosing Table, Heading Rows Repeat. |
Size rows evenly so your table fits the page by dragging the :able's
bottom border down, then electing the table and choosing Table, AutoFit,

Number cells in a table by selecting them and clicking the Numbering
button on the toolbar. |
