1. For enquiries, assessments, course advice:

2. We offer short oral assessments in order to advise which course and level would suit you best. Adult complete beginners, primary and secondary school students do not need an assessment. Assessments are entirely for your benefit and there is no obligation to book a course.
3. Remember to avail of our Early Booking Discount for term classes by 13th January 2007 for the Spring Term and 8th September 2007 for the Autumn Term.
4. Send us your enrolment form together with your payment, or come during office hours. Places are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without full payment.
5. If you are unsure about your level after your first class of the Autumn or Spring terms, please discuss it with your tutor, or the director, within the first two weeks of term. Any change of course requested by students can only take place before Friday 5th October 2007 for the Autumn term, or Friday 9th Februar y 2007 for the Spring term.
Please note: changes which are not confirmed with the director will not be accepted and class lists will be final on the above mentioned dates.

If you would like to pay in cash, please come to our office at Alliance Francaise Cork, Enterprise House, 2nd Floor, 36 Mary Street, Cork. Please do not send cash through the post.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Places are on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved without full payment. To avoid disappointment, please ensure we receive your full enrolment fee well in advance. Please note that a minimum of students is required to open a course
2. We welcome payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, debit card (Laser), cheque or cash. Please note that cash and laser payments can only be accepted in the office during office hours.
3. No new enrolments may be accepted after the 2nd week of term.
4. Fees are exclusive of course books. You can purchase your books in the office during office hours
5. Refund policy:
We regret that fees are not refundable or transferable once the course has started
We reserve the right to add or cancel classes subject to demand, and to return applications at our discretion. In the event of a cancellation, we will endeavour to provide an alternative class-option for students as soon as possible. If such an alternative is not possible, fees will be refunded by us. Please allow a few weeks for this to be processed.
No partial refund can be granted for classes not attended. For the comfort of all participants, it is not possible for students to attend an alternative class to compensate for any missed lessons.
Students who have paid the full course fee must notify the Alliance before the course commencement date that they do not intend to take up the place reserved.
Fees minus an administration fee of 50 will be transferred to the following term or refunded. Application for such refunds should be made to the Director in writing.
Students who have already paid the full course fee must notify the director within two weeks following the course commencement date that they do not intend to take up the place reserved. Half of the course fee will be transferred to the
following term or refunded.
In exceptional cases of hardship (e.g. medical, bereavement), vs for refunds of fees outside the limits set out above may be considered, but such requests should be made in writing to the Director together with supporting documentation.
