Originally from Beaufort, my own background is in the Hotel & Catering business , and I have almost 15 years experience from junior levels right through to senior management. My qualifications include the Hotel Industry's Level 1 and Level 2 NCCCB Certificates, and I received these from CERT in Dublin. I also acquired the advanced Diploma in Food & Beverages Management from CERT as well as the CTI qualification for Development and Training in the Tourism & Catering industry. In the IT field I have successfully acquired both the European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) and Software Testing Qualifications.
