We have all seen him; the shambling badly dressed figure, shoulders hunched against the whole world, a faint cloud of what may just be ethyl alcohol playing around his mouth. He stumbles through all known parts of the world making his Irishness known by his unique means of expression:

He is an Irishman (or an incredibly homely Irishwoman) from any walk of life, statesman, pauper or popstar finally giving vent to a long held and even longer darkly-considered grudge.
