The Schools' Library is a service which calls to schools in the County of Kilkenny. The service has a large selection of titles for all reading ages, as well as videos, CD ROMs and books specifically for teachers.

 Each class in each school has a seperate allocation of books which are  exchanged for a new selection of titles three times a year. The service visits over 70 primary schools. The service has a large selection of remedial titles and teaching aids for remedial teachers. There is also a limited service to Secondary Schools.

The service also visits hospitals and nursing homes, once a year leaving a selection of large print books, westerns, romances and non-fiction titles.
