The theme for Netd@ys 2003 was "Dialogue between Cultures"

Kilkenny Education Centre invited schools  to participate on the theme: "Highlighting Local Culture"
Local schools submitted articles, photos, poems or  links to their own websites
A workshop for teachers  on preparing and uploading video to the web was held also
