Letterkenny Chamber of Commerce and Industry was founded in 1965, and currently has 116 members. The Chamber office has a business information office which provides members and the public with access to various trade directories, agency reports, a large selection of business publications from various countries and information about local companies.

The office also has a busy tourist information centre serving the locals and tourists alike. There is also a boardroom available to members for meetings, interviews, etc.
