repentance of a young Dublin prostitute and is related by an unctious cleric in

Sadler.
A prominent English Economist, attacked the prevailing British view of poverty
in Ireland which was based on "Laissex Faire" political economy. He
propounded the establishment of a poor law for Ireland which was enacted some
years later with the establishment of the workhouse system. However his views
on the "Laissex Faire" system in relation to English/Irish trade
was largely ignored with disasterous consequences for the starving Irish peasantry
some twenty years later.

English public who subsequently were alloted parcels of land in Ireland. As an
