Is there a call-out charge for repairs & maintenance?: No. We will give an estimate of the cost in advance, assess the job on site, and offer a fixed quotation before proceeding. If the quotation is unacceptable or we are unable to provide a solution, no fee is payable.
What happens if my computer goes wrong again after you have fixed it?: All repairs are covered by a 28-day guarantee: if you experience further difficulties within this period, we will attend to them at no extra charge or offer a full refund.

Do you supply computer equipment, spare parts or software?: Yes, if required. Alternatively we can advise you on what to buy and how much it is likely to cost.
Do you support Apple Mac users?: Occasionally, depending on the services required.
