Having problems with your PC/laptop? We can help you get back up and running!! We will diagnose the faults and repair your laptop. If we can’t fix it, we won’t charge you. A qualified engineer will diagnose any problems with your PC and recommend which parts need replacing, and we can even upgrade your PC at the same time! PC repair can breathe new life into your old PC and can replace like for like parts when performing the repair, or you could even opt for an upgrade at the same time. If the PC cannot be repaired then we offer a No Fix No Fee PC repair service.

First we will find out what's wrong and describe, in plain English, what work needs doing. Then we will quote a fixed price based on the amount of time we think it will take. If the quotation is unacceptable or we are unable to provide a solution, no fee is payable.

After completing the work, we will test the solution rigorously and explain how to avoid similar problems arising in future. All repairs are covered by a 28-day guarantee: if you experience further difficulties within this period, we will attend to them at no extra charge or offer a full refund.
