Aims of the SHC Sexual Health Programmes:
Our aim is to provide Schools and Youth Groups with comprehensive sexual health workshops that compliment the existing R.S.E program but also address the issues that the students highlight as areas that they want to discuss.

About our workshop:
Explores young peoples experiences and attitudes.
Encourages active participation.
Promotes respect for personal boundaries.

The workshop provides info on such topics as:
Self Esteem, Self Image, and decision-making.
Peer Pressure, Negotiation, and Relationships.

The transition from Primary to Secondary School.
Human Sexuality.
Physical and Emotional Feelings.
Doing It. Yes or No?
Keeping yourself safe.
Condoms.
Abstinence and Responsibilities.
Helpful numbers and services.

We have collected a number of questions which we are asked regularly during the course of our work and provided answers to them on our FAQs page. You can see these questions by clicking here.
