Life coaching

Life coaching is a fun yet powerful tool that helps you empower yourself, clarify your needs, achieve higher levels of self-awareness and autonomy, challenge you to act on what you believe is best for you.

In practice, life coaching helps you define and achieve your goals in life by:

  1. Taking a look at any self-limiting beliefs you may have that keep you from reaching your goals;
  2. Exploring all the options that are open to you;
  3. Empowering you to make your own decisions and acting on them;
  4. Making the changes you feel are necessary for you to lead a more fulfilling life according to your own values.

The areas that can be explored in life coaching range from career to relationships to health, or any other aspect of your life you feel you want to focus on and make changes to.

Coaching is NOT therapy.

What happens in the first session?

  • As all areas of life are interlinked, in the first session we take a look at all aspects of your life, explore together if and how you want to achieve a better balance and you decide which aspects you with to give priority to.

How long will life coaching last?

  • There is not a "one size fits all" approach to coaching. It is through a short-term intervention (between 6 and 20 sessions), focused on specific goals and action-based. It is present- and future-oriented and focuses on outcomes.

Why should I choose life coaching?

Life coaching can be a useful solution if you do not feel ready for therapy;
