There are 2 distinct phases to the treatment available using conscious hypnosis:
Suggestion Therapy
This is used for changing habits like smoking, over eating,
stress management etc., Treatment is usually short term. The client
is provided with a CD to reinforce the work.
Hypno-Psychotherapy
Endeavours to find the root Cause of psychological problems
and to bring about Permanent change. Original causes of distress are
released and symptoms are relieved.

Shall I be aware of what is happening?
Yes, most people feel they never ‘went under’. They are
aware of their surroundings but their attention is focused inwards.
’ Clients have described the state of hypnosis as: ‘like being in a
day dream and being very, very relaxed’. Anyone can go into hypnosis
if they are willing.
Could I be influenced to do anything against my will?
No, in fact you would be shocked out of hypnosis
immediately any such action was mentioned.
How many sessions will I need?
Everyone is unique. However hypnosis can bring about rapid
change in a really efficient and lasting way.
