Maggie Whittle is a renowned, innovative practitioner and international Self Development Trainer, born and raised in Shamullagh Co Longford. Originally trained as a nurse in Occupational Health, Mental Health and Midwifery, Maggie went on to complete clinical trainings in Homoeopathy, Hypnotherapy, (incorporating CBT and Psychoanalysis), Psychodynamic Counseling, NLP Mastery and Life Coaching. Maggie worked for a period of ten years within the NHS in Cambridge, England, treating all aspects of drug and alcohol addiction and mental health problems. Having over 20 years experience working with chronic stress, bullying, transforming anger, addiction, abuse, trauma, conflict resolution and burnout, Maggie has evolved unique protocols to facilitate the completion of these processes and is acknowledged as a forerunner in the field. Through lecturing and mentoring, Maggie has facilitated the development of health services and professional trainings in the Middle East, Africa, Eastern Europe, England, Wales and Ireland. Her private practice is situated in Felixstowe UK.

Sarah Redpath is a renowned Herbalist and Homeopath. Growing up as a young girl in the remote outback of native Western Australia allowed Sarah a unique connection with nature. A move to London in the late eighties enabled Sarah to serve an apprenticeship in Herbal Treatment and Preparation with Baldwins, the city' s landmark and oldest Herbalist. Time spent training as a Homoeopath in the Burren School of Homeopathy, marked a transition whereby Sarah began to apply her comprehensive knowledge of both Herbal and Homeopathic remedies to those experiencing difficulties in all aspects of the human experience. As a result of the demands for this service, Sarah opened her first clinic and now operates three; two in the midlands, which includes her work with Grouse Lodge, the leading celebrity residential recording studio, and one in the Athenry, Co. Galway.
Joanna Whittle has worked as a Visual and Fine Artist since graduating from the Royal College of Art with an MA in painting in 2000. She has exhibited in London, New York and Hong Kong and is represented in a number of private collections. Joanna has also applied her Horticultural skills at an ecology centre in North London, as a Mental Health Facilitator, in order to work with individuals with varying physical and emotional needs. As well as continuing to work as a practicing artist, Joanna currently works with young homeless adults to support them in developing independent living skills. Joanna has run Self Development and other workshops with Sarah Redpath and Maggie Whittle and has brought joy and fun learning through the medium of her art.
