     10. Whenever any scaffold, structure, cradle, etc,. will encroach on or be suspended over a highway, the Hirers shall produce to South East Scaffolding Ltd. the requisite consent of the highway authority before South East Scaffolding Ltd. commence work, and South East Scaffolding Ltd. reserve the right to revise their quotation if such consent imposes conditions which involve additional expenses to South East Scaffolding Ltd..
