     8.Receipts for all equipment delivered to and taken from the site will be issued in the usual manner. In the absence of the Hirer's representative South East Scaffolding Ltd. records shall be forwarded to and deemed to be accepted by the Hirer's.

     The Hirers shall be responsible for and make good to South East Scaffolding Ltd. any loss or damage to South East Scaffolding Ltd. equipment whilst on the site unless caused by the negligence or willful act or default of South East Scaffolding Ltd. or their employees. The Hirers shall pay in respect of any loss for which they are so responsible the full current catalogue price, less 10 per cent and in respect of any damage for which they are so responsible the cost of repair.
