     7. Any rights which the Hirer's employer may have over temporary building, plant, tools, equipment, goods and materials on the site shall not extend to any of these items provided by South East Scaffolding Ltd. in connection with this quotation, which remain the unencumbered property of South East Scaffolding Ltd. at all times. In the event of default in payment by the Hirers the latter shall, so far as they lawfully can, assist South East Scaffolding Ltd. to resume possession of South East Scaffolding Ltd. property.
